You may inspect the style, color and size before accepting delivery while the courier is present, according to the courier company's rules.
Exchange with the courier present
Color or size exchange is available at delivery while the courier is present, provided the item remains unused, in its original condition and with all tags attached. Delivery fees depend on the reason for exchange.
Wrong or defective item
If the color or size differs from your order, or the item has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 24 hours with a clear photo and your order number. The store covers all exchange delivery fees.
Exchange delivery fees
If the item matches the order and you request a different color or size, you pay the actual return and redelivery fees, disclosed before the exchange is confirmed. You pay no fee for a store error or manufacturing defect.
Returns and refunds
Request a return within 24 hours of delivery while the item is unused and all tags remain attached. After it is received and inspected, the refund is issued within 3 business days using the agreed method. Delivery fees are refundable only for a store error or manufacturing defect.
